Exhibitor selection is made on a first come, first served basis in each service category. Please download or print the registration form below and send it in with your payment. 
Vendor exhibition is limited to companies who are located in, or who's client base is in Washington County, Oregon. To register your company please use the forms and information below. For questions please use the contact form.
This event is designed to be affordable for all wedding industry profesionals in Washington County. Please use the information below to find the fee category your company fits into best. For example a minister who typically charges $200 would pay a $75 registration fee, but a photographer who typically charges $1500+ would pay $100.

$75 ~ Number of employees 1-5 or typical cost for services <$1000 
$100~ Number of employees 6-15 or typical cost for services >$1000
$150 ~ Number of employees 16-30 or typical cost for services >$1000 but less than $2500
$200 ~ Number of employees 30+, cost of services >$2500, or companies based outside Washington County.

The registration deadline is Feb 3rd, the late registration fee is an additional $40.
Outdoor space may be available upon request.

Your registration fee includes a table, chair, and access to power sources. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring table cloths, power cords and decor to use in your space. Additional information will be included in your confirmation email.
When your registration is complete you will be emailed a confirmation and your business information will be listed on the website. Please read your confirmation carefully to ensure we have all the details of your business correct. Your confirmation email will include information to prepare for exhibition, market the event to your customers and details about the show schedule.

To keep this event affordable we are not purchasing any advertising. Exhibitors and business partners are encouraged to use the marketing materials below to promote the show. Please market this event to your current and future clients by adding information and links to your webpage, FaceBook, Twitter, blog, etc. Printable posters, flyers and postcards are available below.

A note about exhibitor space: 
   - Exhibitor spaces are 8ft wide, you choose the 
     table size that you would like in that space. 
   - Sharing a space with another exhibitor is
     allowed. Choose the greater fee category for the        individual businesses. If one business would pay      $75 alone and the other $200 then the space fee      would be $200 and the businesses can decide          how to split it up. 
   - Send in one form but list all companies and their      contact info.
